Founder

Megan Mueller is a strategic thinker with an eye for detail. Her career has spanned the primary, secondary, and higher education markets, where she has both academic and administrative program development expertise at the director and senior executive levels. From building budgets to formulating brand identity, from pioneering new student programming to formulating and delivering donor pitches, she has stewarded organizations through development and implementation at the highest level, all with a granular understanding of every step in the process.

Megan spent ten years as a founding executive at The Saint Constantine School and Saint Constantine College in Houston, TX, ultimately serving as Vice President of Strategy and Communication. She was responsible for marketing strategy and design, communications, board governance, crisis response, construction and landscape architecture project management, events/conferences, strategic planning, and branding and aesthetics (with a year as interim CFO, to boot). In that time the school grew to over one hundred employees and 500+ students ages PreK3-College, opened branch campuses in Pittsburgh and Dallas, and became an exemplar of Christian classical education nationwide.

Before that she was the Director of the Academic Success Center at Houston Christian University, where she employed 80+ student workers in supplemental academic support programs, redesigned the first floor of the library, created and led student success initiatives for first-generation and academically underprepared students, helped write a successful Title V grant, and served on fourteen university committees.

She graduated summa cum laude with her BA in English with a minor in Communications Studies from Biola University, and is a Perpetual Member of the Torrey Honors College and an inductee into its Order of Peter of Paul.

Megan lives in Houston with her husband Jonathan and their four children. Her hobby is collecting hobbies. She’s currently into gardening, weaving, embroidery, crochet, antiquing, cooking, travel planning, and writing.
